Store Policy


Order Cancellation Policy:

The customer has the right to cancel his order and get a full refund if the order is under review only.

If the order is executed and the delivery policy is issued, the order cannot be cancelled until the order is received by the customer.

This policy applies even if the order includes shipping and delivery according to any announcement from us.

In the event of a delay in delivering the order, the customer has the right to cancel the order and get a full refund if it exceeds more than 15 days, according to the regulations and laws.

  • The return policy applies only to orders within Saudi Arabia and does not include orders outside Saudi Arabia.
  • Cashback orders and discount codes of 25% and above are not included.

Of course, you can make a return request as long as the shipment is intact and in its original condition and without any damage, through the means of communication and making a return request through the link sent to you by customer service through the customer service center.

This will be within 3 days from the date of receipt of your order.

If the customer wishes to return one or more products after receiving the order, the customer pays the return shipment amount of 25 riyals only, and these amounts are deducted from the value refunded to the customer.

If the perfume box or shipping carton is damaged, an amount of 25 riyals will be deducted from each perfume carton only.

The customer is allowed to try 10 grams of incense products, and if he uses more than that, it will be deducted from the value of the product.

If the customer agrees to compensation, he is not entitled to request a refund again.


Cases in which no refund is made:

When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt of the request.

When the product is used or opened, or when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition as you received it

A trial sample of the original product is sent to the customer .

When the perfume box or printed shipping carton is damaged.

Oil products are not covered by the exchange and return policy.

note:

Upon receipt of a damaged product or shipping carton, customer service must be contacted within a maximum of 12 hours to issue a replacement ticket.

If the specified time is exceeded, the application will not be accepted.


How to get a refund after making a refund request:

If the purchase was made using your credit card, you can get your money back. When we receive your request, we will refund the amount to your credit card account or whatever electronic method you used to pay. The period in which you receive the amount varies according to your bank and may take up to 15 days to get the amount back.

If the customer requests to transfer the amount to an account other than his bank account, he must contact us from the same mobile number registered in the request.


Exchange policy:

Of course, you can request a replacement for the product as long as the shipment is intact and in its original condition and without any damage, while bearing the shipping costs of 25 riyals by contacting customer service.

This will be within 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
