Discounts, codes, offers and gifts policy attached

Lumeire discounts, offers and codes are subject to certain terms and conditions.

1- Discounts are a direct reduction on the product on the site.

2- The discount can be used through codes that are used either through the website or other websites that market the store.

3- Cashback codes do not work as a full discount at one time, but rather on separate orders with a specific maximum for each code.

4- Discounts and codes are either subject to free shipping or not, according to the code and advertising policy.

4- Discounts do not include all products on the site, according to the available sales policy, and codes can be used for this purpose.

5- Often the codes contain a minimum purchase limit as well as a maximum discount limit.

6- The customer can inquire about all the details of the offers, discounts and codes before purchasing through the social media channels available on the site.

7- The cashback codes (100%) can only be used once the order is received and may not be used or published by anyone other than the buyer.

8- In the event that the codes are used, they will be automatically cancelled if there is no prior order due for cashback.

9-Discount codes do not apply to offers and discounted products.

10- The return and exchange policy does not include orders (second product) in which cashback codes, discount codes and offers are used.

11- If the customer receives the second product and requests a return of the main product, both orders must be returned and returns will not be accepted without the second product.

12- If there is a guarantee in the influencer’s advertisement, the customer can get a full refund without returning the product if the order is made within 24 hours from the date of the influencer’s advertisement on social media platforms. After this period, the customer is not entitled to keep the product.

13- Cashback codes are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, and the customer is not entitled to claim cashback after the expiration of the period.

Gift Policy with Orders:

If we announce gifts attached to orders, a random gift will be attached to each order, either an additional product, a gift in kind, or a discount card.
